  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, whisk your eggs until well-blended.
  2. Add your milk to the egg mixture and whisk. Also add vanilla at this time if you choose to use it.
  3. Add your dry ingredients (including any spices you may like) and whisk until well-blended.
  4. If you want to add any berries or nuts, do so now.
  5. Butter a 9″ x 13″ baking dish and pour your Dutch baby mixture in. Bake for 45 minutes until risen and lightly browned or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let cool enough to make it easy to serve. Top with fresh fruit and honey or maple syrup. Enjoy! if there happen to be any leftovers (never at our house!), store them in the refrigerator for up to one week.
