One of the perks of doing what I do is being able to swap out items whenever I feel the need for change or whenever it jumps out and screams to me, “Buy me, buy me!” Back in late summer I posted about some treasures I had found while out junking (you can read about it in this post about two desks). I had kept the one for my sewing desk replacement, but it didn’t really jive with the awesome vintage industrial desk office chair I had snatched out of the neighbors trash. I like the chair better than the desk, but was super-happy to have the desk.
INDUSTRIAL
Before I had found the earlier desk, I was hoping to find a cheap inexpensive steel desk. These beasts offer ample surface space to be used as a cutting surface (instead of crawling around on the floor), tons of drawer space for storing my goodies, and shouts out retro. Don’t you just love it!?
