DIY Pull Out Storage

With the end of winter, I’m getting the bug to be outside. Especially when the sun is shining and I can go outside because it’s not below zero temperatures. eep! Today, however, I’m trying to get indoor projects done while I… er… patiently wait. I’m building some DIY pull out storage for my kitchen dishwasher carcass.

Yes, this is where my perfectly working dishwasher existed when I moved into my new home. That is until I yanked it out and gave it away.

Why would I do that?

Because like in my previous home kitchen remodel, I want more functional storage.

And this gal is itchin’ to make that eyesore in my kitchen disappear.

Likewise, Loula is here to make sure this healing mama takes a cuddle break every now and then. Tap/click this image or text below.

Additionally, I want to thank all of you for prayers for Loula and I. We are still awaiting her test results and making the most of healing time.

Did you know how HARD it is to keep a three-year-old goldendoodle still with stitches?!

Man, the work it takes to keep her from running around and just heal is boundless.

I love her energy.

It keeps me moving, smiling, and healing in more ways than one.

Hopefully we get good news in the next few days, and we can continue to look forward to an early spring with all the benefits. May you also find joy in each day and savor all the blessings that come into your life be it large or small.

Larissa looks at things with fresh eyes, she problem solves creatively, and I love how she uses her "stash" of valuable "junk" in the process.

What attracted me to Prodigal Pieces at first was the business name. What kept me interested is her opening up to share her life with her readers. She shares her beautiful creativity, has tutorials in her blog and takes what was old and makes it new again. I have several of her beautiful pieces decorating my home.
