It’s only Tuesday and I’m hoping the week is better than the last! It has to be because I have my new home family room beginning to share with you today. eep!

In case you missed it, my kids and I relocated into a new place after being in our old home for 22 years – or at least I was there 22 years.
With only one window, no access to the back yard, and I closed it in building my son’s bedroom, we lovingly named the family room THE DUNGEON for the time being.
But… there’s only one way to break free and that’s the DIY ticket that’s covered in ample elbow grease.
Am I right?
You know I am. tsk.
With that, tap/click the text or image below to head on over to see what I’m up to (literally).

In case you missed it, I want to say thank you for the prayers for my sweet, Loula. (sign up for my newsletter to get all the updates in your inbox). Her tumor tests show her mass removal is benign.
As you can imagine, I couldn’t ask for better than that. I had to make some hard decisions for her and continued prayers for her not to get another mass. What is more, it seems that she is allergic to her sutures. Of course, she is {{sarcasm}}. So as they dissolve her incisions are inflamed. Not infected, however, so I’m happy for that.
In the meantime, I’ll see you over at Livin’ Real with Larissa for my latest DIY adventure.
