Do you ever find that it take a bit before you realize you crush on a certain object? Like it doesn’t show up until you see a pattern that you notice that’s tell-tale. Well, I apparently have a thing for carts. ahem. Like any and all. I’ve worked on tea carts, built my own carts, and even buy carts for my workshop. So, when I spied this vintage Mid Century modern bar cart at the thrift store, it may have jumped in my cart before anyone else could grab it. tee hee!

There is rarely a time that I don’t go with my gut when I spy something in the thrift store that piques my interest. However, there are occasions where I ponder, debate, and end up walking away only to go back and get whatever it is I left behind. Such is the case with this time, except it’s not just one medicine cabinet, it’s two. ahem.
Vintage industrial style is hot and currently trending, especially for teen boys. Who can deny the funky fun of metals mixed with woods, and the fact that texture abounds? If you know me, you know I love vintage and tend to have an industrial twist in my home. It’s rubbed off on my oldest son and was our focus for our teen boys’ room makeover.
